I got the giggles and the poor thing jumped out of it's skin, did a
turnabout and raced off. It couldn't get away as there was a high bank on
the side of the road, so it had a go at digging in, but the ground was too
hard to bury itself. I took pity on the poor thing and left it to waddle off
in peace after this. Betty
