The Stuart's milksnake (L.t.stuarti) is found on the Pacific coasts of extreme southeastern Guatemala, El Salvador, southern Honduras, western Nicaragua, and the northwestern quarter of Costa Rica. They resemble the Honduran milksnake, although these are much brighter and have less black tipping. One of their trademarks is the narrow, deep apex "V" on the snout. This male specimen is an import from southern Honduras.
