This individual frequented the area
around Bridge near Portreath in the new year (2006) for a few weeks. It
appears to be too bright
for a Hume's, but it was heard on at
least two occasions by experienced birders. I spoke to one
birder who knew of someone
who had been to Kazakhstan,
where both
inornatus
and
humei
reside, and one on the local
experts had told him that
