More zoo siesta pics - Wilhelma Zoo, young Mara
Hi again,
Mara, I think, is their native name. A primitive translation from German
would be "Pampas Hare" - I do not know whether these are known under
that name in English-speaking countries.
Taken in Wilhelma Zoo, Stuttgart (Germany), during a hot summer day in
August 1999.
