I believe this is either a black jaguar or leopard.

This cat is a leopard.
I can tell by his spots, or what's visible of them,
by his jaw and by his tail. If he were a jaguar, his
tail would be shorter and his jaw would be bigger.
His legs would also be shorter and he would have a more
massive musculature.
