"Querre-querre" at Cerro El ??vila
close-up of a Green Jay (locally known as Querre-querre). taken in the Park ranger's post "Sabas Nieves II" in the National Park "??vila" in Caracas, Venezuela. A lot of these birds gather around the mountain-hikers (el ??vila is a mountain range) and when the hikers are calm enough the birds come down and eat really near. Sometimes closing in as much as to eat off a person's hand
