 Black Swan
 Size: 115-145cm
 
 Habitat: Found in most areas of Australia except arid areas. Prefers large areas of shallow water. Common in lakes, dams and canals where it feeds diving for underwater vegetation.
 
 Notes: Head and body black, tips of wings white (more noticeable in flight) Beak is bright red with white spot on tip. Ruffle feathered tail. Breeds Autumn-Spring.
