What is this moth's name?

I call it the snake headed nike swoosh moth. Near the Anza-Borrego Wilderness, Southern California. About three inches big. If I were a bird, I might think twice before pecking.

Most probably a Ceanothus silkmoth (Hyalophora euryalus). Hope this helps.
