Günther's flathead toad, Pelophryne guentheri, is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is endemic to Borneo and only known from the lowlands of Sarawak, Malaysia, though it is likely to occur also in Sabah (Malaysia) and northeastern Kalimantan (Indonesia).
